Address Corrections: Always be sure to be careful inputting your ship to address exactly as per UPS/FedEx standards. If we are charged an address correction fee we have no alternative than to back charge your order. These fees can be substantial and are generally charged on a per box basis.
Shipping & Returns: Shipping charges are calculated based on relative or dimensional weight. Shipping is only calculated up to 200lbs. For orders greater, our customer service team will reach out to you with various shipping options available for best outcome. The Residential Delivery Surcharge is not factored into our shipping tables. All items are subject to availability and each clothing item is offered in a standard set of sizes and colors and some are also made available as a special order in various other sizes and colors. Standard items are stocked in our warehouses and available for delivery throughout the year. Special order and seasonal items are not warehoused and will be custom made specifically for your order so delivery times will vary.
Delivery: Please allow five to seven business days for delivery of your stocked item order unless you have provided a residential delivery address. If there is a stock out situation and a back order results for a stocked item, we will contact you.
Residential Deliveries: If your address is residential, your goods will ship via FedEx SmartPost. Significant additional time in transit may result. We are not responsible for loss or delay if you choose a residential shipment. Residential shipments cannot be time-sensitive. It is always best and cheapest to ship to a business address.
Additional Charges: Items that are oversized, in large quantities or are extra heavy may require additional packaging and/or shipping charges. If overnight shipping for these items is necessary to make an in-hands date for an event, a SECOND CHARGE for the additional shipping costs may appear on your credit card. Orders Outside the Continental United States: Orders that are shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will have an additional shipping amount charged to your credit card. International orders are currently not allowed on the company store. Exchanges and Returns: Merchandise returned for exchange or refund will receive our prompt attention. Please call a customer service representative at 800-305-3388 to request a return authorization number. When returning merchandise, please include all original packaging and paperwork you received with your order. For your protection, insure all parcels.
Midwest Promotional Group will accept any item ordered online for return due to manufacturer's defect. We will additionally accept for return any non-special-order (standard stocked item) garment for incorrect size within 10 days of shipment, with a receipt. Freight will be the responsibility of the returning party.
