Shipping & Delivery:

All items are subject to availability and each item is offered in a standard set of sizes and colors and they are also made available as a special order in various other sizes and colors. Standard items are stocked in our warehouses and available for delivery throughout the school year. Special order items are not warehoused and will be custom made specifically for your order so delivery times will vary.

All orders received by June 1st will be shipped over the summer and are guaranteed in hands before the beginning of classes for the new school year. After that date, Special orders will be run infrequently (minimum monthly) and the variety of colors and sizes is NOT GUARANTEED. If you plan to be away from home on vacation let us know in the order notes or send us an e-mail so that we don't ship your order while you are away.

Please allow five to seven business days for delivery of your stocked item order. If there is a stock out situation and a back order results for a stocked item, we will contact you. If you order both stock items and custom items on the same order they will ship together when the custom items are completed. If you would like them to be shipped separately as soon as each is available then you must select Split Shipment as your shipping choice. Their is an additional $7.00 fee for split shipments.

The chart above is based on standard items and packaging. Items that are oversized, in large quantities or are extra heavy may require additional packaging and or shipping charges and would be billed on a separate invoice.  Please call us at (708) 277-0981 or email us at if you have any questions or if you would like an estimate of special charges.

Exchanges and Returns:
Merchandise returned for exchange or refund will receive our prompt attention. When returning merchandise, please include all original packaging and paperwork you received with your order. For your protection, insure all parcels.

Midwest Promotional Group will accept any clothing ordered on line for return due to manufacturer's defect. Midwest will additionally accept for return any non "special order" (standard stocked item) garment for incorrect size within 30 days of shipment, with a receipt. Freight will be the responsibility of the returning party.
